       乌克兰聚英科技人才推广中心于2000年10月在乌克兰首都基辅注册成立。作为乌克兰最早的人才交流服务中心，聚英成立十六年来，始终致力于推进中乌两国科技、人才交流方面的合作。

       聚英拥有超过9000名注册专家，其专业涵盖了工业、农业、科技等领域，具体包括金属加工、激光工艺、电子器件、化学工程、城市规划、飞机制造、航空航天、船舶制造、焊接铸造、机械加工等。

UTTC was incorporated in October 2000 in Kiev, Ukraine. As one of the earliest talent institutions in Ukraine, in about 16 years, UTTC has been committed itself to introduction of foreign talent, science and technology exchange, overseas training services.

UTTC has more than 9000 registered experts in industry, agriculture, science and technology and other fields, including metal processing, laser technology, electronic, chemical engineering, urban planning, aviation, aerospace, shipbuilding, welding, casting, machining and so on.
